About the Information Sessions
These information sessions, which last about an hour and a half, are a great way to learn more about the MALS program, from both the administrative and student perspectives. Students, graduates, and/or faculty are usually on hand to talk about their experiences in the program and to answer any questions you may have. Additionally, the GLS staff is available to discuss the program, the faculty, and the application and admissions process. We hope you will join us at one of the sessions.


We are now accepting applications for Spring 2009 admission. The deadline is October 15, 2008. If you are interested in applying to MALS for Spring 2009 and would like to speak with a member of the staff, please contact the GLS office for an appointment.

MALS provided me with the intellectual workout I so sorely needed. Through course content and interaction with faculty and students, I was stimulated to think creatively and view the world in new ways.
